As closing day approaches, we double-check conditions, confirm details, and make sure everyone is prepared. From reviewing settlement statements to sending calendar invites and utility reminders, we tie up the loose ends so your clients feel confident and your transaction closes seamlessly.

Review contract documents and ensure they are complete and accurate.
Send any missing brokerage documents for signature.
Introductory emails to all parties introducing who we are and what our role is in the transaction!
Schedule home inspection (at agent’s direction) and termite inspection as needed.
Communicate and track deadlines and keep parties updated on contingency milestones keeping agents cc’d along the way.
Communicate and track loan progress, including appraisal.
Prepare and send a commission statement for review.
Order Home Warranty and ensure the attorney and client receive a copy.
Notify clients of utility information with instructions about setup.
Schedule closing and send calendar invites to agent and client.
Review settlement statements for accuracy and make sure the agent receives a copy to approve prior to closing.
File documents in the brokerage system to ensure the agent is paid on time
